ARE YOU HOT IN BED?

Pick yourself up out of the gutter; come on this is a blog about sleep, not the cover story for Cosmopolitan Magazine.  Sleeping hot is a real issue.  The Better Sleep Council, did a study with couples about sleep problems and discovered temperature was their most common complaint at 43%.  Sleeping hot can happen for a variety of reasons; such has having a fast metabolism, which I think is awesome.  I don't think I could dream up a better way to lose weight then in your sleep; it's right out of "Valley of the Dolls".  Another cause, which I hate to admit will soon be on my horizon is menopause.  I have heard some real horror stories about "+Menopause Symptoms and how you will never sleep again etc., but the statistics are 75-85% of menopausal women experience sleeping hot for up to 5 years.  Yikes!
